Individual Volunteers

The Gateway Center welcomes individual volunteers.  Volunteers can choose to work in a variety of settings including:

• Helping with meal preparation
• Tutoring children
• Working in the clothing closet
• Sorting in-kind donations
• Supervising the computer lab
• Leading AA or NA groups
• Job Training and Interview Training
• Mentoring
• Art Projects and Mural Painting
• IT Support and Hardware
• Client Engagement Assistance
• Special Drives (i.e. Coats, Packaged Food Drives, Towels, etc.)

All volunteers must attend a volunteer orientation.  Orientations are held at the Gateway Center on a monthly basis.  To inquire about attending a volunteer orientation, please email volunteers@gatewayctr.org
