On-Site Partners are organizations that work on-site at the Gateway Center to provide hands-on assistance to individuals experiencing homelessness. These organizations include:

  1. United Way Regional Commission on Homelessness – Case Management, Outreach, and Housing
  2. Saint Joseph’s Mercy Care Service – Primary Care Medical Clinic, Recuperative Care Unit, and Mental Health Case Management
  3. HOPE Atlanta: Programs of Travelers Aid of Metro Atlanta – Reunification, Outreach, and PATH Team
  4. Recovery Consultants of Atlanta – Addiction Treatment
  5. Open Hand – Food Service
  6. Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities – Mental Health Services
  7. Atlanta VA Medical Center/United States Department of Veteran Affairs – Addiction and Mental Health Treatment
  8. Atlanta Center for Self-Sufficiency – Employment Readiness and Addiction Treatment
  9. Project Community Connections, Inc. – Housing
