where they are as we walk alongside each individual on their journey towards self-sufficiency.
Our 5 Keys To Success Demonstrated Through Our Programs & Partnerships:
Housing Placement & Stability

Evolution Center is designed to provide rapid access to safe low-barrier shelter that is voluntary 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The goal of this program is to provide low-barrier shelter beds to those individuals who need it most (not limited to) with priority on those individuals who are most acute and have the highest needs.
Outreach
Through our Outreach and Navigation Services, GWC provides proactive, on-the-ground support throughout Fulton County and the City of Atlanta. Our outreach teams engage individuals where they are. On the streets, in encampments, and in public spaces. While building trust and offering immediate assistance while connecting them to shelter, healthcare, and other critical supports. By combining street-based engagement with intensive service navigation and case management, GWC helps individuals overcome barriers such as behavioral health challenges, substance use, lack of identification, and limited access to services. These efforts ensure that unsheltered individuals are not only connected to immediate resources, but are also guided toward long-term stability through housing, supportive services, and community-based care.
